Job Opening: Reception/Front Office Intern
As a front office intern at MarinaParken Bad Nederrijn, you’ll be working at one of our beautiful vacation parks in a unique location in the Netherlands.
Together with an enthusiastic team of colleagues, you’ll help create the ultimate vacation experience for our guests every day. You’ll be the first point of contact and will welcome our guests with a warm and service-oriented attitude.
Your responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, making and processing reservations, and brainstorming fun (marketing) promotions. You’ll also inform our guests about the park’s facilities and things to do in the surrounding area.
We offer you an educational internship where you’ll have the opportunity to fully develop your skills. You’ll learn to work independently and take a significant step toward your future in the recreation industry. You’ll be an integral part of our team, and we’re open to your ideas and fresh perspective. Together, we’ll work toward you eventually being able to run the front desk and lobby independently. There are also opportunities for career advancement or a job in the future.
Who are you?
You enjoy surprising guests and go out of your way to provide them with a wonderful guest experience. With your positive and service-oriented attitude, you’re looking forward to doing an internship at MarinaParken. We also regularly welcome international guests; knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement. During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop your German language skills.
