What is there to do and see in the Betuwe area?

The Betuwe is known for its beautiful river landscape, winding dikes and vast fruit orchards. Especially in spring (when the blossoms bloom) and in late summer (during harvest time) it is beautiful here. You can do fantastic cycling and walking here. In addition, historic towns such as Wijk bij Duurstede, Culemborg and Tiel are just a stone's throw away for a day of culture or shopping.

What water sports can I do at the recreational lake?

The large recreational lake near the park is perfect for active water sports. You can do excellent supping, canoeing, windsurfing and swimming here. For faster motorboats and water skiing/wakeboarding, you can sail directly into the Lower Rhine via the open connection.

Can my dog come with me to the beach or recreational lake?

Dogs are welcome on our camping fields and in selected vacation homes. Unfortunately, in order to maintain hygiene and tranquility for all guests, dogs are not allowed on the central sandy beach. Fortunately, directly adjacent to the park along the Lower Rhine are numerous beautiful beaches and lawns where your dog can run and swim.
